On August 25th, the theoretical teaching of the new apprenticeship system training project of HL Company officially opened. The program is to accelerate the cultivation of knowledge-based, skilled and innovative talents, provide a skill training and education platform for front-line workers, and attribute to the high quality development of company.
The company cooperated with Hailin Technical School to carry out the project, and held the opening ceremony in June. The training has two classes. The class 1 is composed of new employees with a total of 50 people; the class 2 is composed of transferred employees of the company for more than 3 years work experiences, with a total of 100 people. The participants in this project have had a practical operation for more than one month, in order to enrich the theoretical knowledge of employees, on August 25th, HL company invited Mr. Xing Shizhong from Hailin Technical School to give lectures. Mr. Xing started the lecture with a humorous way and successfully started the course with the idea "must read when entering the enterprise". The next one-year course will also involve 12 courses such as "Common Sense of Law", "Professional Quality", "Craftsman Spirit" and "Safety Production", totally 306 class hours with 5 teachers teaching respectively.The students gave good feedback and expressed their willingness to continue to study when they finished the course in August.
