HL Holds March 2026 Business Performance Analysis, Q1 2026 Work Summary & Key Work Promotion Meeting

  On the afternoon of April 3, the company held the March 2026 Business Performance Analysis Meeting, the First Quarter 2026 Business Work Summary Meeting and the Key Work Promotion Meeting. The company's leadership team and all middle managers attended the meeting, which was presided over by Bao Guangli, Chairman of the company.

At the meeting, the responsible leaders and department heads in charge successively reported on the progress of quality control, production operation, market development, information construction, technology and equipment in the first quarter, reviewed the achievements, analyzed existing problems, and arranged key tasks for the next stage.
   
  At the meeting, Bao announced the company's commendation decision. He commended and rewarded the outstanding departments in the first quarter and the excellent designers of the logo for the company’s 60th anniversary, and presented awards to the winning teams and individuals.
  Bao reported the completion of the company’s key business indicators for March and the first quarter. He noted that the core business indicators achieved steady growth in Q1, successfully meeting the "good start" target, attributing the achievements to the hard work of all employees. Meanwhile, Bao put forward rectification requirements for areas with shortcomings and deficiencies in the first-quarter work, instructing relevant departments to thoroughly analyze the root causes and formulate improvement measures.
  The meeting clarified that the work theme for the second quarter is "Seize the second quarter to ensure a halfway double target accomplishment". Tasks will be refined and decomposed around core business objectives such as output value, payment collection and revenue. All departments are required to focus on annual goals, consolidate responsibilities, emphasize implementation, and fully promote the effective delivery of all work.

  The meeting stressed that all managers should strengthen confidence in development, gather synergy for progress, effectively enhance management efficiency, lead the staff to sprint toward all targets and tasks in the second quarter with all-out efforts, and lay a solid foundation for successfully accomplishing the annual business objectives.
