The company held a meeting on key work arrangements before and after the 2026 Spring Festival in Conference Room 3 of the Office Building on the morning of February 10.The meeting was attended by senior executives and heads of all departments, and presided over by Bao Guangli, Chairman of the Company.
At the meeting, Bao conveyed the relevant requirements and meeting spirit of the provincial, municipal and state-owned enterprise systems on industrial economic development and work safety. In light of the company’s actual conditions including current market demand and resource support, Bao re-emphasized and arranged the key work before and after the Spring Festival.
First, we must spare no effort in production and resource support before the Spring Festival to ensure maximum output. Heads of all branches should take command at the forefront to ensure the completion of daily plans.
Second, we should make good reserves of parts, raw and auxiliary materials during and after the Spring Festival to meet the needs of continuous production, seize market opportunities in the first half of the year, and lay a solid foundation for achieving a "good start" and the annual goals.
Third, we must strengthen holiday duty and safety guarantee. On-duty personnel must strictly stick to their posts to ensure the stable operation of the company’s various systems and the livelihood security of the family residential areas. All senior executives and middle managers must keep their communication open 24 hours a day and stay ready for emergencies.
Fourth, we should create a clean and honest festive atmosphere. Officials must strictly abide by discipline, and all departments must strengthen the management of staff conduct, strictly prohibiting violations of discipline and law such as drunk driving, heavy drinking and gambling.
